flicker photo

Can anyone help to explain how to configure a link between Flickr and Blogger. I did all the instructions

like signin in to Flickr, searched for a photograph, blog this and it didn't work from there on. Coming up with malformed message. I did try copy and paste, no luck. Finally I tried 'add image'(above), no success.
